Stillo 30 or Stillo 31 — the number alone is not enough
Compare specific boats: sleeping layout, equipment and propulsion. A newer model may be a reason to choose it, but it does not replace checking photos and offer terms. NaCzarter brings together yachts from different operators, so one description does not fit every Stillo.
Six people, eight berths and three cabins
The example Stillo 30 from 2020 lists three enclosed cabins and eight berths in a 6+2 arrangement. That is not eight places in three separate bedrooms. Before booking, establish which beds are in the saloon and how they are set up at night.
Three couples usually ask about separate cabins; a family of two adults and two children asks where the children sleep and whether the parents can use the saloon in the evening. At full occupancy, check luggage space and use of the table too. Photos of the actual interior help, not just a model plan.
Stillo 31: check propulsion and heating
Stillo 31 offers include different propulsion systems. The electric boat from 2025 and the combustion-engine boat from 2025 do not have identical equipment lists.
In the offer cards checked on 12 October 2026, the referenced electric Stillo 31 is described without heating, while the combustion-engine boat has heating. This is a concrete difference for cooler dates despite the same model and build year.
For electric propulsion, ask about charging method, required connection, charging time and range under your planned conditions. Do not calculate range from motor power alone. For cooler months, confirm heating on the specific yacht rather than assuming it from the model name.
What else to look at before choosing
- Boarding access, walkways and access to cabins.
- The bathroom and access to it while part of the crew is asleep.
- Cockpit protection from rain and sun.
- Kitchen equipment and power for appliances away from the port.
- Helm layout and manoeuvring equipment.
A photo labelled as illustrative shows the model or a similar boat. If it informs your decision about the interior, ask for confirmation of the layout on the boat you are booking.
Houseboat or sailing yacht?
Choose a houseboat for a motor-powered cruise with living accommodation. If sailing and working with the wind are the main aim, also look at sailing yachts. In port, conditions, boat dimensions and the skipper’s preparation matter. A shorter yacht is not automatically easy for everyone. Before departure, learn its controls and practise manoeuvres following the handover instructions.
Qualifications, dates and handover
