What is the most luxurious yacht in Masuria
For living on the water, the most luxurious yacht available on NaCzarter is the Seamaster 45 houseboat. It is 13.5 m long and 4.3 m wide, with three closed cabins, a flybridge and bow and stern thrusters. A week at the height of the 2026 season costs 20,300 PLN according to the yacht owners' price lists. The most expensive day, however, goes to the Flipper 900 ST sports motorboat, a boat for day trips.
So luxury has two answers here. For a week of living on board, what counts is the beam, closed cabins and a roof terrace; for one fast day, a motorboat with a 500 hp engine at 4,999 PLN per day. A typical peak week in 2026 cost 9,100 PLN on a houseboat and 3,850 PLN on a sailing yacht, while the Seamaster 45 for eight people works out at approx. 363 PLN per person per night.
What a luxury yacht means in Masuria
The top end of the charter market here is judged by what it is like to live on the yacht for a week.
- Hull width, because on a houseboat it gives you more than an extra metre of length.
- Three closed cabins. Check the number of bathrooms on the yacht's page, because manufacturers offer several layouts.
- Heating and air conditioning, which only some yachts have.
- A flybridge, i.e. a second steering position with a terrace on the roof.
- Bow and stern thrusters, which make it easier to come alongside the quay.
- The year of build, which affects the price.
Cabin headroom rarely makes the difference, because listings usually give 1.9 to 2.0 m. Price is only a pointer, because the highest rates belong to boats you do not spend a week on.
Why there are no superyachts in Masuria
The waterway does not allow them. According to Wody Polskie (the Polish water authority), the clearance under the bridges on the Great Masurian Lakes route is 3.8 to 5.2 m, so a tall motor yacht with a hardtop and radar cannot get through. Houseboats with a flybridge are built low, and sailing yachts lower their masts before the bridges.
On the canals and smaller lakes the transit depth is 1.2 m (for the 2026 season the navigation notice gave 1.5 m), so charter sailing yachts have lifting centreboards or fin keels, and houseboats a draught of 0.6 to 0.9 m. A sea-going yacht with a 2 m keel would get stuck on the route. The chambers of the Guzianka and Guzianka II locks are each 7.5 m wide. So Masurian luxury means a wide houseboat with three cabins and a flybridge, not a twenty-metre yacht with a crew.

According to the listing, the Seamaster 45 also has an outdoor shower, a TV, a coffee machine and a microwave, and approx. 2 m of headroom inside. Some boats have air conditioning, so check it on the page of the yacht you choose. The newest is from 2022, with pick-up in Górkło near Mikołajki.
The Platinum 40 Fly costs 13,650 PLN a week, approx. 244 PLN per person per night for eight. Every boat here has air conditioning, the newest are from 2024, with pick-up in Giżycko. On the Futura 40 Horizon a week costs 12,950 PLN, approx. 231 PLN per person per night for eight. The manufacturer gives approx. 50 m² of usable space including the cockpit and sun deck. The newest Futuras are from 2026, but only some have air conditioning and a stern thruster, so compare the pages of specific yachts.

The most expensive are sports motorboats for a single day
The highest rates on the platform belong to sports motorboats from Wilkasy and Mikołajki. The Flipper 900 ST with a 500 hp engine costs 4,999 PLN per day at the peak of 2026, so a week would come out almost three times more expensive than on the Futura 40, and the manufacturer provides berths for six people. The Sea Ray SDX 290 at 4,200 PLN per day has no sleeping berths at all. Boats like these are taken for a day trip, with a motorboat helmsman licence or with a skipper for approx. 800 PLN per day. The most luxurious sailing yachts in Masuria
Under sail the top end runs out sooner, because the largest sailing yachts available are approx. 11 m long. The most expensive in the 2026 season was the Antila 33.3, with a peak week at 8,400 PLN according to the price lists and the most expensive weeks at 8,750 PLN. It has three cabins, heating and a bow thruster.
The largest are the Twister 36 (11.2 × 4.0 m) and the Cobra 38 (11.0 × 3.9 m), which the manufacturer calls its largest sailing yacht. Both have three cabins, heating, a bow thruster and Wi-Fi, and the yacht's page will show the price for your chosen dates. According to its listing, the 2025 Maxus 33.1 RS has air conditioning, plus an electric anchor windlass. The manufacturer gives 1.95 m of cabin headroom, and a peak week in 2026 cost 4,900 to 6,650 PLN, depending on the boat. Licence or skipper on a luxury yacht
The thresholds for sailing without a licence are set by Article 37a of the Inland Navigation Act. Without qualifications you may skipper a sailing yacht with a hull of up to 7.5 m, a motor yacht with an engine of up to 10 kW, or a motor yacht with an engine of up to 75 kW if it also has a hull of up to 13 m and a speed limited by design to 15 km/h. In the last case, when you hire the boat you complete a safety briefing with the yacht owner.
The sailing yachts in this article have hulls longer than 7.5 m, so you need a yacht sailor licence (patent żeglarza jachtowego), and the sports motorboats require a motorboat helmsman licence. For the largest houseboats, all three conditions apply at once. Manufacturers often give the overall length, which can be greater than the hull length; e.g. according to the shipyard, the Platinum 40 is 11.98 m overall with a 9.89 m hull. So check the requirements on the yacht's page and confirm them with the yacht owner before booking.
