What yacht does Robert Lewandowski own?

In January 2026 Robert Lewandowski ordered an 80 Sunreef Power NEXT motor catamaran, approx. 23.8 m long, from the Sunreef Yachts shipyard in Gdańsk. In June 2026 the shipyard said the yacht was in production. As of 4 November 2026 we had found no public information about it being launched or delivered. Nobody has officially given the vessel's name or price.

The shipyard announced the order on 26 January 2026. “Mr Robert Lewandowski's yacht is still in production,” Katarzyna Wiśniewska of Sunreef Yachts told TVN24 on 19 June. According to Trojmiasto.pl, the yacht was then “only at an early stage of production”. Up to the beginning of November 2026 there had been no public information about the yacht being launched or delivered. When the shipyard announces something, we will update this article.

Lewandowski is the captain of the Polish national team. He ordered the yacht while still a striker for FC Barcelona, and since summer 2026 he has played in the American MLS league for Chicago Fire, which announced his transfer on 29 June 2026. In January he also became a Sunreef brand ambassador. He therefore has a commercial relationship with the shipyard, and it is worth bearing this in mind when reading articles about “Lewandowski's yacht”, because some of them are reworked versions of the shipyard's promotional material.

What is the 80 Sunreef Power NEXT

“Robert Lewandowski ordered the 80 Sunreef Power NEXT model from us,” the shipyard's founder and president Francis Lapp said in an interview with Forbes. It is a motor catamaran, i.e. a yacht with two hulls joined by a wide deck, which is why at 23.8 m long (the 80 feet in the model name) it is as much as 12 m wide. These dimensions and approx. 366 m² of space are given by Boat International and the German magazine “boote”.

According to the shipyard's announcement and the trade press, the design is fully custom. The yacht is to have a garage for a jet ski, an “Ocean Lounge” beach club, i.e. a relaxation area at the stern, and a flybridge, i.e. an upper deck with a second steering position. Sunreef builds its own electric propulsion systems, but nobody has said what propulsion Lewandowski's vessel will get. The phrase “Lewandowski's electric yacht” therefore has no basis in the sources.

Sunreef Yachts builds custom sailing and motor catamarans in Gdańsk. In the shipyard's announcement, Lewandowski said he had been following the brand for some time and that spending more time on the water was one of his long-term plans (“One of my long-term plans is to start enjoying more time on the water”).

Myths about Lewandowski's yacht and the facts

The most confusion came in June 2026, when gossip websites picked up the story, and some of those articles are still online without a correction.

“Lewandowski's yacht is already in Gdynia”

On 18 and 19 June 2026 a video from a private Instagram account went viral with the caption “Robert Lewandowski's 33 million PLN yacht already in Gdynia”. It shows a large Sunreef motor catamaran in Basen Prezydencki (the Presidential Basin). Some portals repeated the caption. On 19 June itself, TVN24 reported, citing the shipyard, that it was another client's yacht. Trojmiasto.pl then established that the vessel moored in Gdynia was an 80-foot Sunreef Power catamaran launched in April 2026 and belonging to someone else. Corrections were also published by well.pl and Dziennik Bałtycki, among others.

“Lewandowski bought a yacht worth millions”

Headlines like this appeared in June, even though the body of the same articles said the yacht had yet to “be built”. From the start the shipyard has talked about an order, and in June 2026 the vessel was under construction. The order was placed by Robert Lewandowski, and no source attributes the yacht to Anna Lewandowska.

“A cruise on his own yacht” in July 2026

In July one sports portal wrote that Lewandowski had set off on holiday “on his yacht”. This does not match what the shipyard had said a few weeks earlier, and no source confirms that the yacht has been delivered.

How much does Lewandowski's yacht cost

Neither the shipyard nor the footballer himself has disclosed the price. The figures in the media (“over 8 million euros”, “over 30 million PLN”, “approx. 33 million PLN”, “approx. 34 million PLN”) circulate as industry estimates without a named source, and can differ even within a single article. One outlet cited Boat International, yet that magazine's article on Lewandowski's order gives no price at all.

The only figure given by anyone from the shipyard concerns a whole class of yachts. Francis Lapp told Forbes that a typical Sunreef catamaran of 60 to 80 feet costs between 9 and 14 million euros. That is a range for different models and specifications, not a valuation of Lewandowski's yacht.

What yachts the Lewandowskis have holidayed on

Photos of the Lewandowskis on yachts have been appearing in the media for years. None of these vessels is named in the publications or has a confirmed owner, and it is not known whether they were chartered. Could a catamaran like this sail in Masuria

There is no confirmed information about Robert Lewandowski sailing in Masuria. In any case, sea-going catamarans of this size are not seen on the Masurian waterway, and this model would not even fit in a lock. According to Wody Polskie (the Polish water authority), the chambers of the Guzianka and Guzianka II locks are each 7.5 m wide, while the 80 Sunreef Power NEXT is 12 m wide. The clearance under the bridges on the Great Masurian Lakes route is 3.8 to 5.2 m, and the transit depth on the canals is 1.2 m, which is why charter yachts here are low and have a shallow draught.
