The Platinum 40 from 2024 is a houseboat from the premium segment: air conditioning for heatwaves, heating for chills and a coffee maker for every morning. Eight people settle into three enclosed cabins — berths in a 6+2 layout. Pets welcome. The boat is about 12 m long overall with a 3.5 m beam. The 50 hp engine with a 200-litre tank ensures a calm cruise with long range, and a bow thruster and depth sounder do their job during manoeuvres — the whole boat is driven without a licence. On board also a TV and an outdoor shower; the galley has a gas stove, a built-in fridge, a kettle and dishes, the cockpit a table, the bathroom a sea toilet. The houseboat is based at Ekomarina Giżycko.
