The third of the Giżycko Platinum 40s, vintage 2024 — and the best equipped in the galley: next to the gas stove there are a microwave, a coffee maker and a kettle, so the onboard kitchen gives nothing away to the one at home. The houseboat takes 8 people in three enclosed cabins, with berths in a 6+2 layout. Pets welcome. The boat, about 12 m long overall and 3.5 m wide, combines air conditioning with heating, so comfort does not depend on the weather. The 50 hp drive with a 200-litre tank ensures long range, and a bow thruster and depth sounder stress-free manoeuvres — no licence is needed.
