Twister 26

Among the Giżycko Twister 26s, this 2016 example is one of the best equipped: it has heating for cool evenings and a cockpit table where you can eat dinner with a lake view. Eight people sleep aboard (berths 4+4, one enclosed cabin). She sails like every Twister: 34 m² of sail on a 7.8 × 2.7 m hull, a 5 hp engine for manoeuvres. The lifting ballast fin gives a draft from 0.4 to 1.5 m — from sure-footed handling in a breeze to sneaking onto a shallow by the reeds.
