The Antila 24 from 2009 is a small, stable touring yacht which, despite its 7.2 m length, takes as many as eight people: berths in a 6+2 layout and two enclosed cabins. A good option when simplicity and budget matter more than drawing-room comforts. The hull, wide for its length (2.8 m), carries 27 m² of sail; a 4 hp engine helps with manoeuvres. A draft of 0.4 to 1.4 m lets you rummage around the shallow bays. The main drops into lazy jacks, there is a table in the cockpit, and the facilities consist of a gas stove, kettle, dishes, a portable fridge and a chemical toilet. The yacht is stationed at Stanica Wodna Stranda in Giżycko. Optional skipper; pets welcome.
