The Maxus 28 from 2008 is a classic Masurian sailing yacht for a crew of eight. Life happens mainly in the big saloon — plus there is an enclosed cabin, and berths in a 6+2 layout let everyone stay the night. A dog or cat can sail along with you. The yacht measures 8.4 m with a beam of 2.9 m and carries 38 m² of sail; a draft of 0.5 to 1.5 m gives access to shallow bays. Lazy jacks make handling the main easier, and the auxiliary 5 hp engine with a 10-litre tank is enough for harbour manoeuvres. Below deck there is heating; the galley has a gas stove, a built-in fridge, a kettle and dishes, the cockpit a table, plus a chemical toilet. The boat is based at the Zielona Zatoka marina in Bogaczewo. It can optionally be hired with a skipper.
