The AM 780 is a 2014 houseboat — a floating home for 6 people, with one enclosed cabin and four fixed berths. Its calm handling and simple operation make it a good choice for families starting out in Masuria. The boat is 7.8 m long and 2.5 m wide, with a draft of about 0.7 m. Power comes from a 30 hp engine with a 48 l tank, and a bow thruster helps with harbour manoeuvres. In the cockpit a table and bimini; inside, heating, TV, fridge, gas cooker, kettle, tableware and a chemical toilet, plus a depth sounder. The houseboat is moored at the Ognisty Ptak port in Ogonki near Węgorzewo. It can be chartered without a licence, and pets are welcome.
